Comes in 2 boxes -- Includes the Newton Kwik Dump Valve w/ electric hydraulic piece and a compatible telescoping chute add on.
One box has the plunger style "Newton Qwik Dump Valve" with the electric actuator, 16 bolts, various washers, and a sealing gasket (all shown in 2nd photo) - photos 2 through 7 show everything included in this box.
The other box has the telescoping extension chute, electric actuator, electric actuator switch, a couple of other little baggies with some connectors in them - photos 8 through 12 show everything included in this box.
Unfortunately the actual valve and telescoping chute don't have model numbers on them anywhere that I can see and the only model numbers on the exterior of the boxes is model 1047 (which is not a model number that shows up on the manufacturer's web site) and the other model number is 54-18-38 which I believe is the model number for the telescoping chute.
The model numbers for the electric actuators are shown in the photos (the brand name on the actuators is thompson and the model numbers on them are as follows: D12-05A5-12SML and D12-10A5-06SML.
There is some writing on the exterior of the boxes that says "old revision / style" which may be why I cannot see the model on the manufacturer's web site.
IMPORTANT - Please check with your mechanic, engineer, or whoever works on your machines to verify if this is an item that will work for you. I am happy to answer any questions you have to the best of my ability.
